US stock indexes rebounded in yesterday's trading session, with the Nasdaq posting a 2.5% gain

The main US stock indices showed widespread gains yesterday, reversing the previous day's trend. The Nasdaq led the way with a 2.5% increase, followed by the Dow Jones at 1.9% and the S&P 500 at 1.8%. With these performances, the indices have accumulated gains of 11.0%, 5.8%, and 8.0%, respectively, this year.
In terms of fixed income, the US Treasury yield curve showed compression across all maturities at yesterday's close. While the 1-year Treasury note finished at 3.84%, down from 3.89% previously, the 3-year Treasury note settled at 4.10%, compared to 4.19% on Wednesday. Similarly, the 10-year Treasury note saw its yield decrease to 4.45% from the previous 4.55%.
In Latin America, Brazil's inflation figures for May were released, showing a monthly increase of 0.6% and a year-on-year increase of 4.7%, the latter figure slightly higher than the previous month. It is worth noting that both figures exceeded analysts' consensus expectations.
